Three Completely Different Dive Experiences Back to Back
No two days dive the same environment. Day 1 is wreck and wall diving on the iconic Liberty in Tulamben, including a night dive. Day 2 shifts to the dramatic rocky drop-offs and shark encounters at Gili Mimpang and Gili Tepekong. Day 3 takes you offshore to Nusa Penida for manta rays, deep clear water at Crystal Bay, and a colorful SD drift. Three days, three completely different worlds underwater.
A Night Dive Included – Rare at This Price Point
Most 3-day packages in Bali skip the night dive. This one includes a night dive on the Liberty Wreck as standard – one of the most memorable dives you can do in Bali. The wreck transforms completely after dark, with hunting trevallies, Spanish dancers, and crustaceans emerging under torchlight.
Adapts to Your Level and Diving Style
Gili Mimpang and Gili Tepekong on Day 2 require Advanced Open Water certification. If you are Open Water certified or prefer a more relaxed dive day, your guide will adapt Day 2 to Padang Bai’s macro-rich reef sites – same departure point, same boat, same great diving. No rigid itinerary, no pressure.

Daily Itinerary – 3-Day Bali Dive Package
Day 1 – Tulamben: Liberty Wreck & Night Dive – 3 Dives – Overnight Tulamben
Pick-up from your hotel in South Bali and transfer to our Sanur dive center for gear fitting and paperwork, then depart for Tulamben (approx. 2h15).
- Dive 1 – USAT Liberty Wreck: Arrive at Tulamben and head straight to Bali’s most famous dive site – bumphead parrotfish, trevallies, and coral-covered structures.
- Lunch with ocean views at the hotel restaurant.
- Check in at your Tulamben hotel.
- Dive 2 – Tulamben Drop-Off: Stunning black sand wall dive with giant gorgonian fans, schooling fish, and unique critters.
- Afternoon relaxation by the pool.
- Dive 3 – Liberty Wreck Night Dive: The wreck transformed after dark – Spanish dancers, crustaceans, and hunting lionfish under torchlight.

Day 2 – Gili Mimpang & Gili Tepekong: Sharks & Drop-Offs – 2 Dives – Overnight Sanur
After breakfast, transfer to Padang Bai (approx. 1.5 hour), then board a traditional outrigger boat to Gili Mimpang and Gili Tepekong (approx. 30–40 minutes).
- Dive 1 – Gili Mimpang: Dramatic rocky drop-off with reef sharks, barracudas, and a chance to spot Mola Mola in season (July–October).
- Surface interval on the boat with snacks, tea and coffee.
- Dive 2 – Gili Tepekong: Exhilarating drift dive with rocky swim-throughs, coral overhangs, and shark nursery areas.
- Return to Padang Bai dive base for lunch, then transfer to your Sanur hotel.

Certification Requirements & Dive Style Options
Gili Mimpang and Gili Tepekong require Advanced Open Water certification or equivalent. Your guide assesses your level on Day 1 and will advise accordingly. If conditions are too rough or your certification level requires it, Day 2 adapts to Padang Bai’s reef sites – relaxed dives rich in macro life, nudibranchs, and reef fish. Same departure point, same boat, no disruption to the program.
Day 3 – Nusa Penida: Manta Point, Crystal Bay & SD Drift – 3 Dives – Return to South Bali
Transfer to Sanur Mertasari beach and speedboat to Nusa Penida (40–60 minutes depending on sea conditions).
- Dive 1 – Manta Point: Swim with majestic manta rays at their cleaning station in the shallow rocky area.
- Surface interval at Crystal Bay while your guide assesses conditions.
- Dive 2 – Crystal Bay: Pristine coral formations, deep blue visibility, and a chance to spot Mola Mola in season (July–October).
- Lunch on the boat.

The package includes 8 guided dives with a certified multilingual Divemaster or Instructor, full diving equipment (BCD, regulator, wetsuit, mask, fins, weights, 12L tank), two nights accommodation in charming hotels (one night Tulamben, one night Sanur), daily breakfast and lunch, all land and boat transfers, marine park entry fees, and local taxes. Dinners are at your own leisure – our guides are happy to recommend and join you at their favourite local restaurants near each hotel.
Day 1 in Tulamben and Day 3 in Nusa Penida are accessible to Open Water certified divers with recent experience. Gili Mimpang and Gili Tepekong on Day 2 involve stronger currents and require Advanced Open Water certification or equivalent. If your certification level or the conditions on the day require it, your guide will adapt Day 2 to Padang Bai’s reef sites – relaxed dives rich in macro life and reef fish, same departure point, no disruption to the program.
Manta rays are visible year-round at Manta Point in Nusa Penida on Day 3. Mola Mola appear seasonally from July to October – this package gives you opportunities at Gili Mimpang on Day 2 and Crystal Bay on Day 3. While encounters can never be guaranteed, these sites are among the most reliable in Bali to spot both species. Your guide will always prioritise the conditions and timing most likely to deliver an encounter.
Solo divers are welcome. The package requires a minimum of 2 participants – either 2 divers or 1 diver with a non-diving companion. Solo travelers should contact us directly so we can check availability to join an existing group. A single room supplement of 1,000,000 IDR applies for private accommodation over 2 nights. Non-diving partners can join at a companion rate of 5,300,000 IDR, which includes hotel, meals, transfers, and snorkeling gear at suitable sites.
