Best of Bali Diving Package – 5 Days, 14 Dives

After breakfast, we check out of the hotel and take the road to Tulamben, located on Bali’s northeast coast (approx. 3-hour drive). This area is world-renowned for its easy shore dives and the famous USAT Liberty shipwreck.

• First dive: USAT Liberty Wreck (morning)
  A must-dive in Bali. The Liberty Wreck lies just off the beach, accessible with a gentle shore entry. The dive begins on a sloping black sand bottom where we often spot macro life, before reaching the wreck itself. This 120-meter-long structure is home to schools of fish, vibrant coral growth, turtles, and sometimes barracuda or bumphead parrotfish.
• Second dive: Tulamben Wall (Drop Off)
  This beautiful wall dive starts with an easy shore entry. The vertical reef is covered in soft corals and sponges, attracting reef fish, nudibranchs, lionfish, and more. It’s a great contrast to the Liberty Wreck and a favorite among photographers.
• Lunch: Enjoy lunch at the hotel restaurant facing the sea. You will have time to relax before your third dive.
• Third dive: Liberty Wreck (night dive)
  Return to the wreck after dark for a night dive full of surprises. Underwater torches reveal a completely different scene, with sleeping fish, crustaceans, and active nocturnal predators. One of the highlights of this Bali dive package.
• Accommodation: Night at our selected hotel in Tulamben. All rooms have air conditioning, hot water, and are located close to the dive sites.

After breakfast and hotel check-out, we drive 30 minutes along Bali’s scenic northeast coastline to reach the relaxed diving village of Amed. This area offers a mix of sloping reefs, artificial structures, and calm waters ideal for exploration.

Dive 1 – Bunutan (Drift Reef):

• Accessed by traditional jukung boat
• Gently sloping reef with schooling fish
• Possible sightings: barracuda, trevally, and reef sharks

Dive 2 – Amed Wall:

• Reef wall with excellent coral growth
• Mix of blue water and shallow reef exploration
• Great for spotting turtles, lionfish, and moray eels

Dive 3 – Pyramid:

• Artificial reef with pyramid-shaped structures
• Rich in macro life and schooling reef fish
• Perfect for photography and relaxed exploration

Lunch in Amed with ocean view, then transfer back to Tulamben for the evening.

Accommodation: Overnight in Tulamben at a comfortable hotel with AC and hot water.

After breakfast, we depart early for Padang Bai, our departure point for the small rocky islands of Gili Mimpang and Gili Tepekong, known for shark encounters, dramatic drop-offs, and seasonal Mola Mola sightings

Dive 1 – Gili Mimpang:

Small rocky islets with steep drop-offs

Regular sightings of reef sharks

Mola Mola encounters possible during season

Dive 2 – Gili Tepekong:

More advanced site with canyons and overhangs

Healthy coral, schooling fish, and pelagics

Strong currents possible, depending on the tide

Dive 3 – Padang Bai (local site):

Chosen based on conditions and diver comfort

Rich in macro life: frogfish, nudibranchs, octopus

Gentle currents and sandy bottom areas

Lunch: Served between dives at a local warung. After the last dive, we return to Sanur for your overnight stay.

Accommodation: Night in Sanur at a quality hotel with air conditioning, swimming pool, and close access to the beach.

⚠️Tepekong/Mimpang: Advanced divers only, your guide will evaluates conditions & diver skill

Early morning pickup from your hotel in Sanur, followed by a short transfer to our dive center. After a quick equipment check, we head to Sanur Harbor and board our speed boat to explore the best of Nusa Penida.

Dive 1 – Manta Point:

Famous cleaning station where reef manta rays are often seen

Shallow site with rocky bottom and wide visibility

Encounters possible all year round

Dive 2 – Crystal Bay:

Iconic site known for sightings of Mola Mola during season (July to October)

Clear water, coral slopes, and deeper sections for experienced divers

Moorish idols and cleaner fish often surround cleaning areas

Dive 3 – North Coast Drift (Mangrove, SD or PED):

Smooth drift along colorful coral plateau

Rich with reef fish, turtles, and occasional pelagics

Perfect ending with relaxed conditions and vibrant scenery

Return to Sanur marks the end of your Best of Bali 5-day diving adventure.

Lunch: Served onboard between dives with snacks, water, tea, and coffee provided.

In Sanur we can rinse equipment, and transfer you back to your hotel or villa in the South Bali or organize your transfer.

Some of Bali’s dive sites, such as Gili Mimpang, Tepekong, and parts of Nusa Penida, are best suited for divers with Advanced Open Water certification and solid experience in stronger currents. If you’re not yet certified at this level, don’t worry — we always adapt the itinerary to match your skill and comfort.
